This website (young-jonn.com) and store (shop.young-jonn.com) are operated by ATIDE Studios, owned by ATIDE Co, operating from Lagos, Nigeria.

We apply the strongest privacy protections we are aware of — those required by the European Union and United Kingdom — to every fan, wherever you live. That means we ask for your permission before running non-essential tracking, we let you withdraw it as easily as you gave it, and we honour requests to see or delete your data regardless of which country you are in.

• When you browse: device and browser info, approximate location, pages viewed — via analytics cookies only after you consent.
• Mailing list: your email address, and open/click data so updates stay relevant.
• Store orders: name, email, shipping and billing address, order details. Card details are handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers.
• Behavioural data: products viewed, cart additions, and incomplete checkouts for reminders.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Each processes data on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Google Analytics 4 — website and store analytics.
• Shopify — runs the store, processes orders and payments.
• Klaviyo — mailing list, emails, and cart reminders.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Supabase — stores the mailing list securely.

We operate from Nigeria and use international providers; data may be processed in other countries under appropriate legal safeguards.

• Music and show updates — with your consent, withdrawable anytime.
• Analytics and marketing — with your consent via the cookie banner.
• Order processing — necessary to fulfil our contract with you.
• Cart reminders and offers — with your consent.
• Security and fraud prevention — our legitimate interest.

• Essential cookies — always on; required for the site and checkout to function.
• Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics, Klaviyo) — only run after you accept in the cookie banner.

Change or withdraw your choice anytime via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

• Mailing list: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• Orders and transactions: as long as legally required for tax and accounting, then deleted.

• Access, correct, or delete the data we hold.
• Object to or restrict how we use it.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
• Complain to your local data protection authority.

We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our providers (Shopify, Supabase, and others) apply their own encryption and safeguards. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps.

This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact privacy@atide.co and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. When we do, we update the “last updated” date above and will communicate significant changes where appropriate.
